Consistently fruity medium-light blends
Generally easy to dial-in
Made for espresso but often nice with aeropress
Generally too 'safe', no surprises
Not local to CZ

Low acidita
I think this coffee will not offend anyone, has no strange aftertaste
It's a little boring I probably expected, there is no felt any significant fermentation, at least when preparing as an espresso zjatra I try to prepare as a shorter shot if there will be a little orange there

Very fruity and juicy taste, the coffee tastes great
Especially the Cappuccina from this coffee tastes really good because of the fruitiness, it has such a fresh pleasant taste, a real delicacy.
The package is 350g
The coffee is quite light roast and maybe too light roast for my taste considering it is an espresso coffee. It seemed to me that this made the coffee quite difficult to extract and sometimes the coffee seemed to do what it wanted - sometimes it flows fast, sometimes slowly, even though the grind and amount of coffee are the same. As in the finale, the coffee tasted good and if you like a fruitier espresso, I recommend it, but I struggled a lot to adjust the coffee.
Recipe
Preparation method: Espresso (Lelit Mara X)
Coffee (g): 17.5
Water (g): 45 - 50. I recommend a higher ratio of 1:2.5 or 1:3.
Water temperature: 94 - 95 degrees
Grinder (setting): 2.7 - 2.8 on 1ZPresso K-Plus

Bought it because of Daddy Hoff.
Nice packaging. I have it in my CV now.
The pros are enough.

Very good coffee, but for the price it didn't excite us to the fullest.

Coffee can be considered tasty. Although he is quite weaker on me.
The flavor profile is about 50% fulfilled.
The entire weight of the package is 350 gr., I practically just adjusted the grinder and the machine.
The coffee does not froth at all. At the very least.
Extraction disastrous.
I have already had four coffees from this roaster. Always to your satisfaction. This coffee was by far the worst and I think it will stay in last place for a long time.
I've had worse, but I would never buy this again. I'm sorry, but there's no other way.
Today, as I write this review, I put different beans from a different roaster on the grinder. Everything is fine, the coffee is wonderful and after a few days I can say that I am enjoying really good coffee... The worst part is that today's beans were half the price.
