After a long time Brazil, so it took me a while to get used to it not being a strong fruity/sour bomb, but I'm enjoying it more and more over time
If you're a fan of sour punchy coffees, it might not be for you

The coffee has a very pleasant taste and aroma of strawberries.
Rather sweeter, with practically zero acidity, so I recommend it to those who don't like acidity in coffee.
I prefer "juicier" coffees, so it is not among my top favorites, but I can still recommend it with peace of mind. :)

*after the third preparation, I edit the review and increase it to 4 stars*
This long-awaited limit was rather a disappointment for me on the first two tastings - a bland, rather "tea" taste, and as for the flavor profile, I didn't feel much of the declared notes there.
However, after sipping it from a thermos at work all morning, I discovered that the taste is actually quite pleasant. I still stand by the fact that I expected a little more fruitiness, juiciness and freshness from the coffee (when it's the "summer" limit) and I'm simply looking for that in the cup in vain. But for that kind of regular sipping, when I don't want to simply enjoy and discover different flavors, this coffee is fine. :)
For me, this coffee is not included in the list of the biggest favorites, but I believe that it will find its supporters and I can recommend it.

the coffee really matches the taste profile mentioned in the description
for me a little higher acidity in the finish, but the coffee is still very good
Recipe
it's definitely better from a french press than from a cologne
