Process: Start a slow circle pour until 50 gramms to the middle then continue that center pour until 200gramms (2-3 g/s flow rate) so you have to finish the pour about the 1 minute mark. Follow it with an agressive swirl then let it finish. Total brew time should be between 1:50 to 2:10.
