Recipe
Preparation method: French press
Coffee (g): 40 g
Water (g): 800 ml
Water temperature: 85 - 90 °C
Grinder (setting): 28 Comandante
Process: Pour over the ground coffee in a circular motion. Let it stand for 4 minutes, then mix the top part (3-5 times). Remove the foam and grains that did not sink to the bottom. Let it stand for another 4-5 minutes. Pour through a strainer into a teapot, mix, serve.
