Interesting flavor profile
Grains of the rarest
The price is high (unfortunately, rightly so, given the situation in Yemen)
Only 40g (It's really stressful to prepare it well for the first good one)
Recipe
I was preparing V60 20g for 330g.

The most interesting thing for me is how the taste changes in an extremely interesting way as the coffee cools. Of course, this is almost always true, but here it is a real lot to know.

This bag is definitely not for everyone and I recommend thinking about whether the investment is worth the experience.

Dense, fleshy texture
Not particularly clean in the cup
Recipe
First "red honey" processed coffee for me. Though I find this is a very good coffee, I cannot recognise complex flavour notes clearly. I find notes of dried prunes and must (wine) covering everything else. I brewed it on V60 with different grind sizes, gaining some pleasant acidity with a coarser grind.
Recommended if you already like natural or honey processed coffees (or want a syrupy, dense body); maybe less suggested if you are looking for a bright, clean cup.
