Good coffee
Based on the profile, I was expecting mostly fruit, but for me it's mainly the aftertaste of mulled wine/slight bitterness that prevails, which isn't quite my cup of coffee.

This is a big hipster. :)
The very first preparation was about 4 days after roasting and the taste was so funky that it reminded me of Ale flavored with hawthorn extract from the Obora brewery :D (you want to taste it, but you won't have it again)
But as it rested a little, it became a very pleasant festive fruit coffee, I definitely recommend trying it! :)
