It tastes like tea
A strange mixture, despite experiments with the roughness of grinding, the temperature of the water and the length of the extraction, I only achieved a bitter taste with a slight acidity. Maybe just a bad batch (roasted 14/02/2024).
I regret that I preferred not to order Costa Rica CANDELILLA a second time.

The taste corresponds to the label. It is distinctive, barrel-aged and the whiskey in the aftertaste is strongly felt
If, like me, you don't like whiskey, you may not like coffee. I personally hate whiskey. I don't give this coffee and I haven't been able to drink enough to start liking it. I wouldn't buy it
