the fermented notes (starfruit I guess) are just too strong for me
if there are any other notes, they are overpowered

I tried 2 different recipes and various grind settings but I can only get slightly fermented or strongly fermented taste.
Maybe I'm just not the right person for this coffee.

The aroma of the grains is most reminiscent of black tea,
Compared to the unicorn I had in the spring of 2023 (various fruity and floral aromas), this blend is quite different, bitter and sour, not very delicious. I expected another similar to before.
