the fermented notes (starfruit I guess) are just too strong for me
if there are any other notes, they are overpowered

I tried 2 different recipes and various grind settings but I can only get slightly fermented or strongly fermented taste.
Maybe I'm just not the right person for this coffee.

Kava is not downright bad, but just about nothing without strong flavor profiles. I've definitely had far better from this roaster.
