simple, perhaps even an unpleasant hot taste towards the end
it's hard to take a positive view of this coffee when I previously had the original from Dark woods roasters. I'd rather pay you up front.
Espresso brings out the hotter unpleasant taste
The filter can have a slightly sharper acidity
Cold brew came out weak compared to a similar approach to Dar Woods

Quite a strange taste, as if the coffee was somehow defective.

I tried it for espresso and it didn't work, it's probably good for other types of preparation. I'm sorry for the rating, all the dachshund coffees so far have been excellent.
