I expected more acidity, given the label - pomegranate, lime, etc. The coffee, on the other hand, is rather less fruity and more conservative. However, this is still my subjective feeling - for those who do not need more acidic coffee, it may be the right choice.

30ml bloom 30s, 100ml infusion in a circular motion at 0:30, at 1:15 pour another 100ml of water into the center. End - 2:30.
