Very good coffee.
Great extraction.
Luxury cream.
Beautiful and uniform grain color.
Suitable for both espresso and hiding under milk.
Balanced flavor and strength. It's exactly the coffee I want in the morning!
The flavor profile is not very pronounced. I do not smell what is declared on the packaging. Resp. maybe yes, but not much.
If it was more fruity (plums and sour cherries), which it isn't, I'll give it 5/5.

Those initial negative ratings are due to a failed batch. The other one was fine. I dealt with the roaster personally and the second package was top!

The strength of the coffee is just right.
The taste is very unusually pronounced, for everyday morning coffee, I would not choose it at all. More like a festive one.
