Water (g): 300
Water temperature: 91-93 °
Grinder (setting): coarser grinding
Process: 6 Walls ,, 50ml - 70 - 60 - 60 - 60ml ,, 45s Blooming and Lejt it on times 0:45 - 1:30 - 2:10 - 2:45 ,, 3:20 I took off Dripper for more fruit Taste, 3:30 for more bitter ... you can play with bloming and tasted great at 3 pouring after 100ml in 3 minutes

so it's definitely not a piece of cake, I didn't discover the described flavor profile. More conservative flavors than some funky coffee.
the weight is not indicated on the package
it opens poorly
quite a few grains unevenly roasted, even after taking over it is not OK
