Velice zajímavá káva, která však určitě nebude pro každého
Káva má velmi typickou čokoládovou, hořkokyselou, zemitou chuť, která se těžko popisuje, do toho hraje ovoce. Tímto se opravdu odlišuje od všeho ostatního co jsem ochutnal a na blind bych ji díky tomu, troufám si říct, kdykoliv zaručeně poznal
Kompostovatelný obal
Bez ventilu, ale i po několika měsících je to stále ona
Ve V60 protéká až nezvykle rychle
Skvělá jak v aeropressu, tak i ve V60, nejradši ji mám v clever dripperu
Lepší s měkčí vodou

Peut être le café le plus atypique que j'ai pu goûter ! Il ne plaira pas à tout le monde. C'est définitivement une expérience surprenante. De mémoire c'était un omni roast qui n'est parfois pas suffisamment tranché pour l'une ou l'autre méthode mais ici j'ai pu particulièrement l'apprécié en expresso et il était également bon en V60 (94°C max).
Difficile à mettre en place pour un débutant.

Once anything from Gardelli was good, but that is probably no longer true.
Instead of any hint of a flavor profile, just the taste of over-roasted coffee beans.

Coffee, whatever gets you - if you know what you're doing. Pineapple, elderflower, red apple, chocolate, raspberry—it's all there, and it all plays perfectly. So complex that the last coffee in my pantry looks like instant coffee next to it. But beware. This coffee needs an oven. Forget the hard Prague water. Micham owns 70ppm water, where all the tones stand out beautifully. I understand that not everyone wants to deal with it, but if you are a coffee nerd, don't let this coffee be yours.

The bag was swollen, was about to blow up.

as a raw material probably super coffee, interesting aroma
for lovers of Italian roasted coffee, about ok probably fine for lovers of espresso and Italian roasted coffee
maybe on omostic flow with a Cafec filter the bitterness will be suppressed
toasted tones, bitter in the aftertaste, I don't know where the master of light Gardelli made a mistake...
definitely not for fruit coffee lovers

Low acidity
There is a taste that I can't quite identify, I would probably compare it to milk chocolate plus something. But oat milk can also help.
Considering how many fun notes there are in the flavor profile, I found the coffee a bit boring.
