Low acidity
There is a taste that I can't quite identify, I would probably compare it to milk chocolate plus something. But oat milk can also help.
Considering how many fun notes there are in the flavor profile, I found the coffee a bit boring.

Very pleasant aroma, I can't say that I have come across such an interesting coffee recently.

Process: I achieved the best results when experimenting with the time and frequency of watering, the coffee tasted great when poured uniformly after flowering, but also when watering after 70g of water. The resulting decanted coffee was always a pleasant experience. You will enjoy this!

first class juicy taste
difficult to grind properly, despite all efforts in the cup like espresso, there is almost no cream (I will buy again anyway)

Fruit Ethiopia. I can smell some fruit, maybe even tropical in the case of papaya, but not too much to describe.
Light, clean but short aftertaste.
Video by Mr. Gardelli about this coffee. When I watch it and drink coffee, I might understand what he's talking about, but the next day the taste notes are lost on me personally.
After (every) opening the package and smelling the beans, it smells like a garbage can or several days old garbage
Maybe a price. I was expecting something more interesting. It reminded me of other, slightly cheaper, but perhaps more interesting Ethiopian coffees

Rich, full of flavour and easy to brew - from 1:30/300ml to 2:30/300ml
Unique processing for this country
You can get everything what gives Burundi and anaerobic processing at the same time
really fruity
In general it's pleasant but on the heavier side
Smell of the brew and ground coffee - like anaerobic, alcoholic potatoes
slightly unpleasant finish - long aftertaste of unwashed potatoes
