I had coffee that was roasted on 5/3/24 and unfortunately the quality went down compared to the previous experience. The taste is dull, indistinct. At the same time, the previous experience was ok. The problem only happened now. In addition, I am not able to achieve extraction above three bars while doing everything the same as before and for example with Father's, Barn etc. this is not a problem...

To begin with, the coffee is quite unique. Almost like if you forgot the dark chocolate in the bottom of the mug.
After about the fifth day of drinking, I've drunk so much of the taste that I'm downright loathing it. I can't even drink anymore.

Evaluation is seriously difficult. I feel like the beans could be roasted lighter. Tested on V60, Moccamaster and Aeropress. In the final, the best result so far was on Aeropress. So I would rate 3 out of 5 on the V60 and 4 out of 5 on the Aeropress :-)
