You can drink it, it has a nice aroma of sour cherries, sour cherries in dark chocolate, if we consider that it smells slightly of burnt oil. It could probably be OK for someone for espresso, but I don't primarily choose anaerobic African coffee for espresso.
For me, the coffee is over-roasted and oily beans do not mean medium roast. Sure, it says "omniroast", but that shouldn't mean that there are noticeable bitter and oily notes in the coffee. this really didn't work out for Gardelli! I think it's an error in judgment...
it tastes over-roasted even with a slight underextraction

This coffee has either a very dark roast profile or horrible quality control. The beans are oily and this is not palatable as filter coffee and too dark for my espresso taste.

Reminiscent of the good old first Mzungu.
The packaging is compostable.
Espresso preparation is a disaster. Either it clogs the stones on my ceado e37s or the extract falls out of the portafilter at 3 Bar. Finally, I hand ground to a powder.
It just resembles... distantly...

Very roasted... But a matter of preference, how one likes it.
