delivers what it promises. Distinct aroma and taste of watermelon.
it is not as complex as other coffees from Fifty Beans - eg Red Fruit, Orange fruit.

Lavender aroma with notes of jasmine
It develops in taste. When it's hot, floral notes predominate. When it is cold, the taste begins to be dominated by notes of woodpecker, and as it is cold, it turns into citrus acidity, which can be unpleasant for some. After all, the roaster itself points out on its website that tastes change with respect to the temperature of the coffee.
Maybe more sour for some. But this refers to the conclusion when the coffee is colder.

A time machine that immediately transported me to my childhood thanks to the smell
Pleasant acidity
It's probably not a negative, but it's definitely not a coffee for everyday drinking (I can't imagine having a whole 250g package).
