I have very mixed feelings about this coffee. One batch of roasting was absolutely delicious, sweet, light and full at the same time, and another batch of roasting after about three weeks is just bitter water without body. Tested on the same recipe and equipment.

The smell of the grains is bitter to burnt
I tried different recipes, used different filters, changed the water temperature, etc.. but I wasn't able to get better than 6/10 coffee out of the beans, I also couldn't repeat the recipe
I'm not a coffee pro, but I'm not a beginner either

Disappointed for me, I smell a burnt aftertaste and not even the aftertaste of sweet tobacco can save it. Alas, and I love that from Fathers Gitita, for example.

Espresso preparation, 18.5g (best result) in my case higher acidity, nice pecan body, average sweetness, maybe a different preparation method would be more suitable for coffee.
