Amazing coffee !
A divine cheesecake smell (take time to smell it), a clear and strong strawberry flavors with a bright lime (citric acid).

Note : This is not a full washed, it's an hybrid washed/lactic fermented coffee.

Great surprise with this coffee ! Juicy, fruity and a floral tone.

Note : Depending on recipe, the hazelnut can be surpassing other notes and hide the potential of this coffee.
