Plus point for following the selection coffee parameter.
As another reviewer already wrote here, I didn't enjoy the coffee too much either. Confused by their Barrel Aged, this unfortunately disappointed me and even though I tried different methods, temperatures, timing, etc. I couldn't get anything interesting out of it.

Compared to the coffee from Dark Woods: Barrel Aged Common Grounds, which I enjoyed immensely, a weak version from Yunnan. Maybe it was a bad preparation, but I didn't find it interesting at all, unfortunately.

I'm not exactly sure what effect the "carbonic maceration" is supposed to have on the taste, but for me the coffee is absolutely average (esp), I'm used to completely different bombs from Dark Woods, I'm embarrassed by this coffee, it doesn't stand out, it doesn't smell, it doesn't taste good, I will not buy again

I like Darkwoods, but unfortunately this coffee didn't suit me. It's not good for a filter, it doesn't taste very good for espresso. I also tried it on Prismo, where it worked beautifully for me twice, but then it seemed to "get old" very quickly and it wasn't the same anymore.

The first time I made it, it tasted terribly burnt. It wasn't until I examined the packaging that I realized it tasted like Sunday morning French toast
Filter, espresso, aeropress - I couldn't make it taste good to me.
I was lured by the fact that I know their Common Grounds coffee and I love it, so I took this one without hesitation and....it's worth it so far, I'd rather order another one.

today I prepared coffee for my friend in V60, with frothed milk and cinnamon, and she liked the coffee very much
quite sour coffee for me, I like bitter coffee
