Coffee (g): 15
Water (g): 250
Water temperature: 80°C
Grinder (settings): C40 MK4 - 16 cranks (not red crank)
Process: invert, 60g of water, mix, after half a minute add the rest and then immediately (from approx. 45sec) press for 1min 30sec
