Very strong cinnamon flavor. I feel like I'm drinking something, that doesn't always happen to me at home.
Croissants in caramel. With a very large dose of cinnamon.
After opening the package, my colleague found it brutally sour, like raw tomatoes. I was giving it to her too soon.
Recipe
Best towards the end of the kilo in a ratio of 30g of grains to 600ml of water.
J-max 3-2-0, paper filters for osmotic flow medium-dark.
First bloom 60g, 50 degrees Celsius, 2 minutes. Then, up to 328g, a second infusion with 90 degree water. Then sometimes a third infusion up to 600g. Beautiful distinct cinnamon flavor.
With the classic 30 - 500 recipe after opening the package, more like a cinnamon roll with cardamom.

roasted well, no signs of roast
intense aromatics even from the whole beans
brewed cup as good as the beans smell
very fruity, to me primarily tropical fruit and fresh strawberries
base notes very cocoa-dominant which compliment the fruityness very well, no bitterness and just very slight adstringency which passes as "mouthfeel"
based on extraction you can dial in more or less cocoa base
coffee is relatively forgiving in terms of brew parameters
could not really pinpoint the Mango (different Mango than I know maybe)

Does not recommend
not overroasted, roasted well
tasting notes are somewhat accurate
hype: I seem to have a very different taste from all those positive reviews, but I just couldn't like it, even if I tried really hard to like it
to me: overly cinnamon/cardamom notes that are not integrated with the rest of the notes
Tasting notes of weed, dried leaves, Turkish delight, mirabelle plum
Recipe
Method of preparation: high extraction is key, 98-99C and 1:18 ratio to extract enough to counteract the blatantly obvious flavors and make them more integrated. V60.
Coffee (g):
Water (g): Holy Water 50GH 15KH
Water temperature:
Grinder (settings): SSP Brew V1, 436 microns burr spacing
Process: V60

Does not recommend
Intense flavors.
Regardless of the degree of grinding or the temperature, I felt a kind of "artificial vocas" in the coffee, which bothered me a bit.
