I know the El Rubi farm, but so far I have only had the pink bourbon variety from them. Coffia has Papayo and WOW! This year it's hands down the best coffee I've tasted. Intense aroma, intense taste that changes as the coffee cools. I've known Coffia for a few years now and they keep getting better and better. I haven't tasted a bad coffee from them yet, keep going, you're great and I'm a big fan of you! :)

I've had a lot of geisha from Colombia and this one is definitely one of the best. It is anaerobically fermented, but the fermentation is not pronounced, so it complements the coffee. It's so much more complex than I expected. I had several opportunities to taste coffee from Coffia and it is a Slovak top. I definitely recommend trying it.
