Preparation method: V60 (Origami dripper, Kalita filters)
Coffee (g): 20
Water (g): 333 ml
Water temperature: 92°C
Grinder (settings): Timemore C2 Slim, 25 cranks
Process: 80 ml of water first pour within 1 minute for bloom, infusion up to 333 ml, end around 3 minutes
