The pineapple is really there! I'm still tweaking the recipe to get as much of it out of the coffee as possible.
Full body, tropical fruit
Looks good on aero and V60

Some experiments fail... but this one certainly doesn't!
I made the coffee exactly 20 days after roasting and I would say that the pineapple flavor was not fully developed yet, but that didn't hurt anything at all - at least it will taste a little different every time. :)
I mainly smelled spices with caramel, with a light fruity finish.
I recommend it to anyone who likes a stronger coffee taste and likes to experiment.
Definitely worth a try!

The appearance of grains compared to the announced reduction of assumptions
The price/performance ratio for geisha - the weight of that variety is there.
I appreciate the effort to bring the wild geishi variety as well.
Below-average, even no taste and aroma - both of the coffee beans and the ground coffee and the final product.
The bag cannot be resealed, kitchen staples must be used.
I guess I expected too much from "cheap geisha" - which is nothing against the roaster, the effort is appreciated, but it was not "my cup of coffee". Maybe it was worth taking a little more risk with the processing method?

Nice packaging design
Despite the warning from the roaster, the beans were nice :)
The paper bag cannot be resealed
I found it very average in taste, I didn't expect that from the selection
I was expecting fragrant and sweet coffee ala "Caramel, Flowers, Dried Fruit", but it was rather bland
Maybe she deserved a different preparation, I'm no specialist

the aroma during preparation was promising

There is no smell of dried fruit here, but rather of nuts
The packaging is not resealable, or the closing clip is missing

Beautifully sweet scent.
The taste is surprisingly nutty to chocolate with traces of something smoky (?). I don't smell any (dried) fruit.
It is my first coffee roasted on a filter and at the same time the first coffee processed by the wet method. And also the first geisha????. So I don't really know what is caused by what.
It's great that there are also coffees on offer that taste so "different". It would be boring if all filters were sour and fruity and all espressos were chocolate.
Beautiful packaging
Once opened, the bag cannot be resealed.

I've only tried cold brew so far.

As written in another review, Geisha may not suit everyone. It doesn't quite fit me either, but I had another one six months ago and it didn't fit me at all! In this particular case, I was pleasantly surprised, even though the taste is not for me either - in short, I prefer other tastes. But for someone looking for such nutty and floral flavors, it's probably a good choice.
Recipe
20g (Commandante 29 cranks), 93°C. 4:6 (recipe modified according to Tetsu Kasuya's post from Instagram - Tetsu has the order 2,1,3,4,5 in the original - but I liked the mixing of 70 and 30g better - just as I state here, but for other coffees I prefer his order of steps = would start with 30 ml, then 70 ml and so on)
1. 70 ml (50s),
2. 30 ml (40s),
3. 100 ml (30s),
4. 50 ml (30s),
5. 50 ml (40s)

As they write in the information from the roastery, not everyone likes coffee. Unfortunately, that didn't happen to me, the smell didn't fit me when I unpacked it, I would compare it to cigarette smoke. The taste was similar, that's why it's unfortunately the first coffee that went straight to the bin after the first cup :( It's my first experience with the Geisha variety, so if someone doesn't have experience with it like I didn't, it might be a shock
