Good coffee. Medium/high tartaric acid, Some notes are not easy to get but the general experience of this coffee is great !

Great coffee, clear and interesting notes. I got Violeta flowers at high temp, nice tartaric acid (raisin and grapes) at a medium/high intensity.
At lower temp I got some roses.

Coffee is sweet. Hope to try others coffees from this producer and roaster :)

I guess I have myself to blame for choosing a coffee with this name and profile, but I really can't look at this. I'd rather have a coffee from the machine than another cup of Popeachy. It's a bit like making an espresso and pouring in that fruit juice from old Hubba Bubba gum. And after drinking, the taste remains on the palate for many hours. I had to chase her away.

nice strong coffee with an anaerobic "funk". It delivers what it offers.
a bit sharper flavor profile for me, I definitely wouldn't call it "round" or balanced. But that's not necessarily a negative. It's just that for the given money, or a little extra, you can buy more "polished" coffees. However, this is a subjective opinion.
