Low acidity
There is a taste that I can't quite identify, I would probably compare it to milk chocolate plus something. But oat milk can also help.
Considering how many fun notes there are in the flavor profile, I found the coffee a bit boring.

Colder tastes better…
I will try to experiment with it some more...
With every sip I was hit by the taste of something that is really not for me... it will probably stay in the drawer for a very long time...

Very pleasant aroma, I can't say that I have come across such an interesting coffee recently.

Process: I achieved the best results when experimenting with the time and frequency of watering, the coffee tasted great when poured uniformly after flowering, but also when watering after 70g of water. The resulting decanted coffee was always a pleasant experience. You will enjoy this!
