About Kafar Palarnia kawy

Kafar is a specialty coffee roaster, founded in Poland in 2015 by a group of friends - enthusiastic baristas who share a passion for coffee and everything around it. The basis of the brand is not only the careful roasting of selected grains, but also the organization of trainings, workshops and participation in events. Kafar focuses on an ethical approach to coffee selection and careful selection of the highest quality ingredients, while respecting the rights of local communities. Their coffee is synonymous with quality, sustainability and an honest approach to craftsmanship.

Behind the success of Kafar is a great team of experts with extensive experience in the coffee world. Key figures include Paweł Siemaszko, who not only roasts, but also operates the AkVo water filtration system. Adam Laska, an Arabica Q-grader, oversees quality control and raw material selection, and Błażej Walczykiewicz, who, in addition to being a great trainer and consultant, leads the Coffee Support project. This team, complete with specialists like Daniel Kociński and Grzegorz Peciak, ensures that every coffee bean receives the best care and their customers receive only the best.

Kafar's mission is based on high quality and a professional approach. Each coffee is roasted with precision and responsibility for the raw materials they choose with sustainability and ethics in mind. Their goal is to educate the community about quality coffee, whether through workshops or high-end products that represent the very best of select coffee.

taste weird, maybe it's the hands because the beans don't look burnt, but I can't get anything out of it that doesn't resemble coal (chemex, tricolate, can't see anymore)
