Personally, I'm not a big fan of anaerobic coffees, because most of them have an exaggerated taste and are unnecessarily strong. This is a representative of the better ones, so it's distinctive, but pleasant and doesn't give off too much. Good coffee, a fan of anaerobes can add half a star.

Water temperature: 100
Grinder (setup): 4/11 Fellow Ode V1.1 with SSP brew burr
Process: Pour 60g of water, wait 45 seconds, add the rest, wait until it drips, drink.
