A delicate and balanced taste of strawberries with an aftertaste of blueberries.
Mild acidity.
Absolutely perfect on ice (even smoother and more complex taste)

Recipe
Preparation method: Bialetti Moka pot for 3 people
Coffee (g): 13.5
Water (g): after ventilek
Water temperature: approx. 95°C (straight from the kettle so that the extraction is as fast as possible and the coffee does not burn or become bitter ;-)
Grinder (settings): Timemore C3 15 cranks
Process: I brew coffee and add approximately the same amount of ice (85g) as coffee and mix.
