About Puchero Coffee Roasters
Puchero Coffee Roasters was founded by Paloma and Mark, a Spanish-Italian couple who lived in London for a good many years. They moved from the big city to a small village with 170 inhabitants (Hornillos de Eresma en Valladolid) where they began their coffee roasting journey.
For this roastery, their coffee and its processing is a great responsibility. They respect the hard work that the farmers, pickers and processors of the coffee devote to each grain of coffee, and they consider themselves just another member of this big coffee family.
New, seasonal roasts are regularly being added to the roasters menu, usually in weekly intervals. That's why you can always rest easy that your coffee is as fresh as it can be.
