The Barn is a leading German-based roastery, which has been enriching the world of coffee since 2010. The roasters vision is to improve with each roasting, and this hasn't changed since their first batch. No compromises, no "fakes", just delicious coffee- this is how the roastery describes its vision. 

The roasters' philosophy is to source and roast the best coffee that is available to them at that moment in time. Among other things, they make sure that their farmers get paid exactly how much they deserve and nothing less, which has helped them build lasting relationships all over the world. They require a minimum of 86 points or more when sourcing their beans. 

The roasting style is light and clean, which allows each bean to reach its full potential. No compromises.

Very good Christmas coffee! Spicy aroma - I smelled cinnamon, star anise and a bit of clove.
The taste is very juicy, sweetness and acidity are quite balanced - it tasted like milk chocolate with raisins.

Water temperature: 92°C
Grinder (settings): Timemore Chestnut C2 (22 clicks)

It took a while to fine-tune the preparation, but then the sweetness of milk chocolate or raisins comes out really beautifully.
She didn't like the espresso (Cafelat Robot) at all.
