About Caffénation
Caffénation is like a second home for its customers, and its doors have been wide open for more than 15 years.
The roastery's equipment has been state-of-the-art and seemingly infinite. Caffénation has even been selected by several speciality coffee suppliers to test and improve their tools and machinery. They roast their coffee in a roaster weighing 25kg, which can roast a maximum of 20kg of the finished product at a time.
To ensure that their coffee reaches its full taste potential, the roastery focuses on the following:
In Season - means roasting single-origin grains that are no older than 10 months from the end of the harvest season.
Freshly Roasted - most coffee reaches the customer's door within a few days of roasting.
Specialty Coffee - for Caffénation, speciality coffee means coffee that has a story, something extraordinary, unconventional, preferably pure, gourmet, premium... coffee that gets 82+ points in the cupping score.
Correct Brewing - A step by step guide and recommendations for the correct brewing methods can be found on the bag, packaging or their blog.
Local - the roasted coffee comes from Antwerp in Belgium.
Micro Roast - All coffee is roasted in a roaster that weighs 25kg and which roasts only 20kg of the finished product at once.
Caffénation isn't just a roastery, but also a place to get together with friends, family, loved ones or not so loved ones. A cup of coffee from one of their 11 professional and well-trained baristas will always put a smile on your face.
