The base of this blend is Sumatra Simalem Peach Honey, which was created thanks to an unconventional processing method on the Simalem farm. The creation of this coffee starts in a closed fermentation container, where peaches and their juice are added to the coffee beans. This process allows the coffee to naturally absorb the fruity aroma and sweetness, creating a unique profile with intense notes of peach and tropical fruit. The second component is direct trade coffee Java Argopuro Flowertron, from the farmer Muhlis in East Java.
