The idea of ​​Kima Coffee was born years ago, but like any good wine, it takes time to mature, and step by step it has introduced you to what it is today, a bold roastery full of exceptionally trained roasters and baristas. In short, a professional roaster with very solid foundations based on experience. Kima's staff consists of a small group of people who are passionate about fine coffee. A passion that grows even after 20 years of working in this dynamic field.

A little tea, fruity acidity and sweetness
Bit of a nasty finish (kind of herbal, bitter)… but maybe I need to play with the recipe more
Recipe
Preparation method: V60
Coffee (g): 20.5
Water (g): 330
Water temperature: 97
Grinder (settings): timemore c2 (25 clicks on Hario filters, 24 on cafec medium dark)
Process: 1:30 bloom (60g water, swirl) > until 2:20 pour the rest of the water, mixed with a spoon > total time around 3:30

Preparation method: Aeropress
Coffee (g): 15
Water (g): 270
Water temperature: 97
Grinder (settings): timemore c2 (15 clicks)
Process: all water at once, mix lightly and apply plunger > in two minutes swirl > 2:15 - 3:00 pressing
