V60 - for 3 people, 50g rather finely ground. First pour about 120 g of 95-98 °C water, mix so that all the coffee comes into contact with the water. After about a minute, pour up to 350g, after most of it has drained, top up to 550g, and after another draining, finish up to 700g. Just 3 cups.
