Just as a dog is man's best friend, the Pawffice blend by The Naughty Dog is the best friend of lovers of classic intense espresso. This carefully crafted coffee blend from Brazil, Ethiopia, and Colombia, processed primarily by the dry (natural) method, immerses you in notes of intense dark chocolate and the sweetness of chocolates and truffles. The body of this coffee is strong as a St. Bernard and sweet as the look of a Pomeranian puppy - unlike them, however, it’s perfectly suited for espresso drinks!

  • Brazil - intense chocolate

Coffee from the Teres Pontas area in Brazil’s Minas Gerais region brings a full flavor of dark chocolate, nougat, and cherries. This coffee is processed by the dry method, which highlights its sweetness and velvety body. The coffee cherries for this coffee grow in fertile soil at altitudes of about 900–1,100 meters above sea level, contributing to its intense chocolate flavor.

  • Ethiopia - sweet pralines

The Ethiopian component adds a sweet floral complexity to this blend. It reminds of sweet strawberries and caramel fondant, creating a contrast to the darker flavors of Brazilian coffee. The Jimma region, and specifically the Agaro area, is home to indigenous Ethiopian varieties known as Heirloom grown at altitudes of over 2,000 meters above sea level.

  • Colombia - caramel refinement

Beans from this country, famous for its high-quality coffee, bring delicacy and refinement to the blend. This coffee is grown in mountainous areas with rich volcanic soil, which imparts a distinctive and clean flavor of caramel and hazelnuts. The dry processing method helps highlight its natural sweetness, while dark roasting accentuates its creamy body.

Dry (natural) processing ensures an intense and full flavor profile with pronounced sweet notes. In this method, after harvesting, the coffee cherries are dried in the sun, which allows the beans to retain their natural sweetness. Additionally, this method is water-efficient.

I can say that with this mixture I had on my homemade coffee machine from Delonghi so far from all the selection coffee I tried, the best results (pressure, extraction, body espresso, resulting crema, overall consistency), literally café quality
I had better coffee in taste, so I will try another mixture next time, but when it comes to grains as such and their roasting, so I think it is a very good work, very good quality, which can be seen on the resulting espresso from the perspective
