During my last visit to Liberec, I took this coffee in the DOK and it is quite nice, it has also proven itself for preparing Irish coffee, it complements the cream from the shaker and a good cognac beautifully.

Method of preparation: On V60 4:6, I get the best results again (according to my cottage preferences) with a water temperature of around 90 - 91 degrees, I don't leave the water at this value in the meantime, it will drop down over time. The drink is caramel like, easy to drink, slightly sour
