About Project Fox
The project embarking on the roasting of speciality coffee, which was born out of love for great coffee in beautiful Prague. We roast delicious coffee daily in small batches, and all our coffee is sourced transparently from trusted partners around the world.

The world of coffee is incredibly diverse and we want to showcase it. We roast in small batches and select only coffees with a traceable and transparent origin. We focus on highlighting the unique characteristics of each of our beans.
Less is more
Our size allows us to be very flexible and quickly adapt to all your needs. It also allows us to create close and personal connections with partners and customers both at a time when the coffee beans are still green, but also after we have loved and roasted them.
