This unique coffee from Nicaragua will captivate you with its rich flavor and story. From the very first sip, you’ll be greeted by the intense sweetness of cherries, reminiscent of the iconic Mon Chéri. This is followed by the deep, velvety bitterness of high-quality chocolate, which beautifully balances the sweet notes. And finally? A delicate hint of port wine, which adds sophistication to the cup and a long, delicious aftertaste. If you enjoy coffees with a complex body and a pleasantly wine-like character, this is the perfect cup for you.

Finca Aurora is a family farm in the heart of the Nicaraguan Matagalpa region, where the passion for coffee is combined with sustainability and respect for nature. The Ferrufino family prides itself on precise processing and innovative approaches, which allow them to achieve top-quality coffee. The coffee trees grow under the natural shade of trees, which protects the soil and ensures ideal growing conditions. The entire farming and harvesting process is focused on ecology and supporting local communities, making Finca Aurora not only a producer of excellent coffee but also an inspiring project with a deep social impact.

The coffee is processed using the natural method (dry method), meaning that after careful handpicking, the whole coffee cherries are dried in the sun on raised African beds. This process takes several weeks, during which the cherries are regularly turned to prevent uneven drying. Thanks to this natural processing method, the beans retain the maximum sweetness of the pulp, more fruity tones, and a more pronounced body.
