Since then, they have embarked on an adventure that includes risk, experimentation and, above all, exceptional coffee. They gave up working for others, got rid of the fear of independent business and said goodbye to conformism. Hola Coffee now represents a place where coffee becomes not only a drink, but an experience, a cult, a passion.
The history of the Hola Coffee roaster is a kind of celebration of courage and independent spirit. Pablo and Nolo decided to say "adiós" - goodbye - to the easy life, the fear of debt and the youth that passed while they pursued their passion. They embarked on a journey that led them from a small roastery full of experiments to opening their own cafe and subsequently a bakery. Their courage and unwillingness to settle for average has been rewarded: they now have their own thriving business and many loyal customers.
