About MOK Coffee Roastery
We are MOK, a coffee microbrewery from Brussels, Belgium. We always put all we have into each roasting batch, to bring you the best possible coffee experience. Our coffee is roasted on the Giesen W15, which means that we only roast in small batches of 10-15kg. Roasting in such small quantities gives us much more control over the process, and we're able to ensure the flavour profile of the bean is just right. Because we maintain really tight relationships with our suppliers, we always know the exact source of each coffee bean.
