for V60 inconsistent flow (clogging, need to experiment with settings)
Recipe
Preparation method: Moka and V60
Coffee (g): 15g
Water (g): v60 (250ml), mocha (80ml)
Water temperature: 85-90C
Grinder (setting): C3 for 16 cranks
Process: for the V60, preheat the filter, 50ml bloom, then 4x 50ml with 10s pauses.
