About Populus coffee
We are an independent coffee roastery with strong northern roots from the Berlin-based Neukölln. The roastery is owned by a Finnish family, but it is made up of all the people who grow, process, source, roast, brew and love coffee.
We roast some of the worlds best coffee beans and using northern traditions. The coffee beans with which we work is exploding with juicy flavours and sweetness. When roasting, we take great care to work with each individual batch of coffee to discover it's own properties and unique aromas.
Coffee is our way of life. We are proud of what we do and how we do it. Our job is to share our love for coffee across the entire production chain- from the farmers, all the way to you, our customers. This is one of the reasons why we value long-term relationships that ensure our coffee production is transparent, consistent in quality, and truly fair trade.
