Meet MAMAM, an amazing specialty coffee roaster founded in 2022 in Szczecin, Poland. Behind this coffee-scented project is a group of enthusiasts who have gained a fair amount of experience over the years in the coffee world. And now they put it all together in one cup of the perfect selection!
The team consists of a young group of coffee lovers - Adam Rosołowski, barista training guru and quality expert, is one of the brains of the entire roastery. Together with him, there is Martyna Sikora, who is a co-founder with Adam. Martyna is strong not only in the management of cafes, but also in the production of incredible coffees. Michał Sowiński is the one who knows everything about green coffee - where to order it from and how to properly roast it to get the best flavor out of it. And what kind of team would it be without Alicja Borowa, known as Ala, the tireless head of operations? Ala is the one who takes care of all the papers and Excel spreadsheets, and who keeps under her thumb that everything works as it should.
The main values of the company are quality, transparency and humility, which they try to implement in everything they do. Most of the coffee they buy is premium grade, and each cup of coffee tells a story about the hard work of the farmers and people involved in the production from bean to cup. The team's shared goal is to build awareness among customers and approach coffee with kindness, humility and sincerity.
