Method of preparation: Attention to the essential thing. Initially, I was not very impressed with this coffee, with a larger time difference from the roasting date, the taste of the resulting drink improved noticeably, suddenly it is much more complex. It also seems to me that fans of greater acidity (among whom I belong) will come to their own, so this must be taken into account.
