About Original Coffee
Original Coffee is a Danish roaster and also a coffee chain. Admit for yourself that it has come a long way since its humble beginnings in 2010, when under the original name Rolling Coffee, they offered Copenhagen residents coffee from a mobile cafe. It was founded by two friends, Nikolaj and Philip, and if you take a trip to Copenhagen today, chances are you'll meet them in one of their 18 locations there.
Over time, Philip's brother Jonas joined the boys. Together with a team of experienced baristas, they create a community of coffee lovers in Copenhagen that is constantly growing.
Original Coffee focuses on sustainability and quality. He roasts his coffee beans from carefully selected varieties from different parts of the world, emphasizing an individual approach to each batch to ensure the best possible flavor profile. The most important suppliers include farms in Brazil, Ethiopia, Colombia, Peru and Kenya. The roasting process is led by Kasper, the head coffee specialist, who ensures the maximum freshness and quality of each batch.
In conclusion, we cannot forget that Original Coffee has won several awards for its quality coffee and innovative approach. Among the most important awards are the Best Coffee Experience, awarded by the Danish Gastronomy Organization, and the award for the best cafe design from the prestigious Copenhagen Lifestyle magazine.
