That espresso doesn’t have to be just dark black, sweet-bitter, and dense, served in a thimble with a layer of crema is an old-known fact. A prime example of modern espresso, with its bright acidity and fruity tones, has been roasted under the careful supervision of two dachshunds by local coffee celebrities The Naughty Dog. You can expect a fruitily sweet coffee with higher acidity, reminiscent of strawberries, cherries and sweet lemons, with an aftertaste of nougat chocolate. The kilogram packaging will last you a while, so you can fully enjoy this treat.

Endebess Estate is a prestigious coffee farm in western Kenya, located in the fertile Trans-Nzoia region near Mount Elgon. The farm is situated at a high altitude of 1,900 m above sea level, which, combined with volcanic soil and an ideal climate, provides excellent conditions for growing premium coffee. The most commonly grown varieties here are the popular SL28 and SL34, known for their pronounced acidity and complex flavors. Typical notes include citrus, apple, and sweet caramel.

Dry processing, also known as natural processing, is one of the oldest methods of processing coffee after harvest and is often used in areas with water scarcity, especially in Africa and dry regions of Latin America. In this method, the coffee beans are dried directly in the fruit, meaning the cherries are left out in the sun, regularly turned, and covered when the weather is harsh. When done correctly, this process results in a unique, complex flavor in the coffee. Since there is no contact with water, this method significantly reduces the risk of developing unwanted fermented, overpowering fermented tones.
