About Coffeelab

We are a Warsaw coffee roastery, which was established in 2012 under the name Coffee Institute, in 2013 we changed our name to CoffeeLab and so it is. We started with a small roaster and our first main roaster was Krzysztof Szkutnik. We spent the first year experimenting and finding our own vision of brand development. Everything changed with the purchase of 2 Giesen roasters, which allowed us to improve our coffee profiles and achieve a stable and high level. At that time, Rafal Kaniewski joined our team as a roaster, which led to the expansion of our specialty coffee portfolio and the strengthening of our market position. Then Wojciech Rzytki joined our team, who brought a dose of consistency to the roastery and stabilized its operation. Today he is our main roaster.

Our offer is getting better and richer every year, we choose the suppliers of green beans (ie Cafe Imports, Falcon, Belco, List and Beisler or The Coffee Quest) more carefully based on our experience, quality and customer needs.

Our main goal is the quality and satisfaction of our customers.
